Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz — the German transposition of the EAA
What it asks for
- Products and services in scope meet the EAA requirements, with EN 301 549 as the technical reference.
How AccessFold helps
- WCAG evidence mapped through EN 301 549 for the web part of your service.
- A statement draft and monitoring.
What this does not cover
- Parts of your service that are not web content.
- EN 301 549 covers more than web content — non-web ICT, software, documentation and support services. AccessFold assesses web content, so evidence maps to its web chapter (clause 9).
AccessFold provides diagnostics and evidence relevant to this framework. It does not determine compliance.
