Reports, evidence pack and certificate
A dated, immutable report for each run, an evidence pack for the whole property, and a certificate that records what was assessed.
How it works
- Scan report (PDF): one run, frozen at the moment it finished — scope, baseline, coverage and findings.
- Evidence pack: the dossier for a property, bringing together assessments, open and resolved issues and manual review status.
- Assessment certificate: a dated record of one assessment — what was assessed, when, and against which baseline.
Details
- Every document states its coverage: what was checked automatically, what needs a person, and what was out of scope.
What it does not do
- The certificate is a record of an assessment — not a conformance declaration, a compliance certificate or a legal opinion.
- An evidence pack is not a superset of every run; each scan report stays the authority for its own run.
