Journeys and pages behind a login
Assess sign-up, checkout and pages behind a login: record the steps once and each state you mark is assessed. By default nothing is submitted.
How it works
- Record the steps: go to a page, click, type, choose, tick, press a key, wait — and mark the states you want assessed.
- Add a test account if the journey needs to sign in. It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Each marked state is assessed like a page and its findings go to your Issue Register.
Details
- Unless you confirm the journey runs on a test environment, every change it would make to your site is blocked and it stops before any submit button.
What it does not do
- Journeys run only on a site you have proved you control.
- Use a dedicated test account, never a real customer’s.
