Legge 4/2004 (Legge Stanca), with the AgID accessibility guidelines
What it asks for
- Websites meet the AgID technical guidelines, which reference EN 301 549.
- An accessibility statement lodged through AgID’s form.
How AccessFold helps
- WCAG evidence mapped through EN 301 549.
- An assessment record to support the information you give AgID.
What this does not cover
- We do not file the AgID statement form.
- EN 301 549 covers more than web content — non-web ICT, software, documentation and support services. AccessFold assesses web content, so evidence maps to its web chapter (clause 9).
AccessFold provides diagnostics and evidence relevant to this framework. It does not determine compliance.
